Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

• All visitors to the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve need to pre-book in advance either online via our website or through one of our accredited agents.
• Bookings need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All information provided should be accurate and correct. The Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve takes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate booking information provided or any resulting delays, postponements, or cancellations to your visit as a result.

Insurance:

• The personal information provided on your insurance registration must exactly match you travel document (passport or Thai ID) otherwise the insurance coverage will be void.
• Whilst mandatory Thailand insurance coverage is provided, we highly recommend all visitors to the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve have their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance coverage for complete peace of mind.

Program Times:

• Morning programs start at 9:00 am and finish at 1:00 pm
• Afternoon programs start at 1:00 pm and finish at 5:00 pm

Pricing:

• Adults – THB3,000 per person
• Children (4-10 years old) – THB1,500 per person
• Children (0-3 years old) – Free
• 2 Adults & 1 Child – THB7,200 (save THB300)
• 2 Adults & 2 Children – THB8,600 (save THB400)
• 2 Adults & 3 Children – THB10,000 (save THB500)
• 2 Adults & 4 Children – THB11,400 (save THB600)

Supplements: 

• A supplement of 500THB per adult & 250THB per child applies for transportation.

Your tour fee enables the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve to operate, provides vital food and veterinary care for our elephants, supports upcoming elephant rescues, and contributes to the ethical wellbeing and conservation of elephants in Thailand. We thank you very much for your support.

Refunds & Postponements:

• Please kindly note all bookings are non-refundable although we are happy to reschedule your visit to another date within 6 months of your original booking due to special circumstances. Please be sure to advise us at least 24hrs in advance to reschedule any visits.

Transportation:

• A supplement of 500THB per adult & 250THB per child applies for transportation.
• Transportation must be booked at least 12hrs in advance.
• The pick-up and drop-off locations need to be the same otherwise additional fees will be applied.
• For arrivals and departures to Phuket International Airport, you will need to book a private transfer
• Please be ready and waiting at your hotel lobby at the earliest pick-up time shown.
• If you are late or miss your transport pick-up time (the driver will wait a maximum of 5-10mins) you will need to organize your own transport to the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve.
• If you require a baby seat or other additional services, please let us know in advance when you place your booking.
• Large luggage requiring seating space will incur additional fees.
• Please take care of your belongings, a THB300 delivery fee for lost luggage delivery will apply.

Program Declaration:

• The Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel any booked program based on visitor safety, local conditions, elephant behavior, or any other foreseen or unforeseen factor on any given day.

Safety & Personal Belongings:

• Visitor safety is of the highest importance at the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve and it is compulsory for all visitors to listen, pay attention, and carefully heed the safety briefing and instructions provided during the program briefing and all safety instructions provided by the tour guides and any staff at the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve.
• The Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any visitor booking, with or without refund, for any non-compliance with these safety standards.
• The Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve takes no responsibility for any personal items or luggage lost or damaged during their program visit.
• All visitors to the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve accept that they are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings and that they fully understand and accept the conditions outlined above.

Photos/Film:

• The Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve reserves the right to take photos and/or film of any of its programs.
• Any and all footage remains the property of the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve and cannot be used for commercial use or profit without the agreement & consent of the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve.
